About Me Vaidyanik

An Initiative to Ignite Scientific Curiosity and Research Mindset

Me Vaidyanik is a science awareness and talent discovery initiative under the INSPIRE MANAK Award, IISER, ISRO Scheme, aiming to foster scientific thinking, creativity, and research-based learning among school students from 6th to 12th standard. This drive is more than just a competition — it is a movement to shift focus from rote learning to scientific exploration, helping students see science not only as a subject, but as a career and a way of thinking.

To promote interest in core sciences like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
To help students explore research careers beyond conventional streams like engineering and medicine.
To identify and nurture young scientific minds through activities, competitions, and mentorship.

How We Work

Me Vaidyanik Drive (Under IISER | ISRO | INSPIRE MANAK AWARD Scheme)

Me Vaidnyanik Drive

1) Provide a strong, scientific temperament-building pla orm to help students explore research as a career and foster critical thinking.
2) Help students set a definite target for scien fic achievement and inspire innovation through hands-on activities and real-world exposure.
3) Raise awareness about core science and research by introducing the importance of scientific thinking beyond just engineering or medical fields.
4) Scientifically designed Talent Search Exam to assess ap tude and spark curiosity in science and innovation among students from 6th to 12th.
5) A ractive prizes at School, Taluka, District, and State levels for various activities and exam performance.
6) Encouragement for schools to become Science Activity Hubs, conducting outreach for neighboring institutions.

Eligibility

Students of Classess VI, VII, VIII, XI, X, XI, XII (All States Central and International Boards)

Examination Pattern

There will be separate Ques on paper for each class. All ques ons are objective type with no negative marking for the wrong answers.

Application Fee

Class 6 th to 12 th Rs 250/- (Includes Exam Fees )

Admit Card
